YOU NEED ONLY 14 DAYS TO LOSE UP TO 20 POUNDS RECIPE DAY AFTER DAY

This new challenge will serve to help you lose weight in 14 days, it has a different from the previous one, perhaps have done before logic. In just 14 days, we can transform our body and lose weight quickly those extra pounds

Each day will have to take this mixture on an empty stomach, just in different amounts.

DAY 1:

1 lemon lemon juice diluted with 1 cup of fresh water.

DAY 2:

Lemon juice of 2 lemons diluted with 2 cups water with 1/4 teaspoon of honey.

DAY 3:

Lemon juice of 3 lemons diluted with 3 cups water with 1/4 teaspoon of honey.

DAY 4:

Lemon juice from 4 lemons diluted with 4 cups water with 1/4 teaspoon of honey.

DAY 5:

Lemon juice from 5 lemons diluted with 5 cups water with 1/4 teaspoon of honey.

DAY 6:

Lemon juice from 6 lemons diluted with 6 cups water with 1/4 teaspoon of honey.

DAY 7:

Lemon juice of 3 lemons diluted with 10 cups of fresh water (in this day should add a tbsp. Honey and drink the drink throughout the day).

DAY 8:

Lemon juice from lemons 6 diluted with 6 cups water with 1/2 teaspoon of honey.

DAY 9:

Lemon juice from 5 lemons diluted with 5 cups water with 1/2 teaspoon of honey.

DAY 10:

Lemon juice from 4 lemons diluted with 4 cups water with 1/2 teaspoon of honey.

DAY 11:

Lemon juice of 3 lemons diluted with 3 cups water with 1/2 teaspoon of honey.

DAY 12:

Lemon juice of 2 lemons diluted with 2 cups water with 1/2 teaspoon of honey.

DAY 13:

Lemon juice of 1 lemon 1 cup diluted with fresh water without honey.

DAY 14:

Lemon juice of 3 lemons diluted with 10 cups of fresh water (in this day should add a tbsp. Honey and drink the drink throughout the day).

NOTE:

On days when there is no indication that taking the drink throughout the day, which is due to the mixture of lemon juice should be taken once. However, some people find difficult. If this is the case, you should take as much as possible early in the morning and enjoy the rest throughout the morning.

After drinking the mixture, you must wait at least 45 minutes for breakfast.
