  • 400 gr. garlic

  • 400 gr. brown sugar
  • 1l. water

Instruction:

In a bowl, heat the brown sugar, then add ginger, onion and turmeric finely chopped. Bring the mixture to a boil, then lower the heat, leaving the pot on it for several minutes. Then let it cool and then transfer the mixture to a glass container. Leave on like this for a couple of minutes, and then store it in the fridge.

Usage:

should use this remedy twice a day. Take 2 tablespoons fasting every morning before breakfast and at night, a few hours after dinner.
