– 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
– – 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
– 1 pinch of freshly ground pepper
– Mix all ingredients in a small bowl until all mixed
– .. Add the mixture of soup or salad or just beat in a little water and drink directly
– Take once a day before a meal.
