We present a recipe that will give you energy, better skin tone and reduce loose skin.
• 5 tablespoons
• 1 liter of water
• 1 or ½ teaspoon powdered ginger powder
• 1 or ½ teaspoon turmeric
• ½ teaspoon paprika
• Honey or sugar to the taste
Remove from heat when the water starts to boil. Add all ingredients and mix well. Allow to cool and mix well again. Drink the mixture throughout the day.
