What Are Cankles And How To Get Rid Of Them

1. Control your weight

It may seem like a no-brainer, but if you are having problems with your weight on the other hand, it is very likely that some of that weight also accumulate around the ankles. According to some experts, the cankle training can often be the result of fluid retention. This can occur due to high sodium intake, forcing the body to retain water it does have swell and in some areas as a result. It may also be the result of pregnancy, which can impede blood circulation and stimulate accumulate around the ankles.

There are a lot of exercises specific muscles that can be made to work directly on the annoying thick ankles. One of the best exercises for this is calf raises. To do this, stand about a foot away from a wall, the position of your feet directly below the hips, and place one of your palms on the wall. Keeping your legs straight, slowly raise yourself on your toes, hold for a second, then slowly lower back to the floor and repeat.
