The development of global technology has given us a lot of smart and useful things, without which today no one could live. Can you imagine do not turn on your phone or computer for one day? Can you imagine your all day without internet or some of social networks.
By now you’ve surely heard that you should not use mobile phones at bedtime because they can affect your sleep. And it is exactly. Radiation emitted by any technology that runs on electricity harms our health and if used before bedtime impedes us to fall asleep as quickly.
But the latest research and studies published in in the ‘Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences’ magazine, showed that the problem is much bigger. This researches show that using smartphones, iPad or laptops causes depression and emotion of sadness in humans.
Survey was conducted between the two readers, first reader used the phone for reading at bedtime and second used ordinary printed book.
In the first case, reader who use a smart phone could not fall asleep a long time, as opposed to the reader who before bedtime is reading print books and with that stimulate his brain before sleep, he fell asleep very quickly. So, using mobile phone before sleeping could not kill you but you will have problems with your health, sleeping and drepession.
If you do not want to have trouble sleeping and if you dont want to look sad and depressed the next week, don’t use your smart phone for at least 1 hour before bedtime and be sure to turn off of the power.
