Donald Trump suggested "getting rid" of federal judges after the courts repeatedly ruled against their controversial policies, according to a senior administration official.

It is claimed that the president of the United States even asked lawyers to write a bill that would reduce the number of judges during one of his protests in the White House.

Trump has suffered several reversals in court since becoming president, especially in relation to his ban on traveling in 2017 from seven Muslim countries, including Iran, Somalia and Yemen.
