The cause of this for many people comes in the form of arthritis, or inflammation of one or more joints. There are two main, osteo and rheumatoid classes, which affect the binding of different ways. osteoarthritis is when the cartilage between the bones wears until gratings bone on bone. Rheumatoid is slightly less simple, being caused by an autoimmune disorder that causes inflammation of the synovial membrane (soft tissue that protects the joints in the body) and can lead to bone loss. Terpene suppresses a type of white blood cells called monocytes that as part of our immune system, respond to signals of inflammation. In rheumatoid arthritis, the immune system attacks normal joint tissue without cause, leading to inflammation, pain and loss of function. If taken daily, juniper may be able to reduce inflammation uncomfortable due to its content of terpenes. Only varieties of prickly juniper and common juniper were effective
