The Boiled Eggs Diet: Lose 11 kg In 2 Weeks

The diet of boiled eggs is ideal if you want to get fast weight loss results. Only several eggs are used and many vegetables and citrus fruits are included and all that has a balanced menu. This diet helps improve metabolism and burn fat without the nagging feeling hungry!
