Age spots (senile lentigo and solar lentigo) are a form of pigmented spots.
Age spots are small dark spots, flat on the skin (reddish brown to black color) that usually occur on the hands, face, neck and other areas often are exposed to Sun. Very often it appears in areas of skin that are most exposed to the sun, such as the back of the hands, face, forearms, forehead and shoulders.
The hands are particularly affected by this phenomenon, but this peel can be very useful because it effectively removes the top layer of dead skin cells, which “leads” pigmentation changes.
- 1/2 cup uncooked brown rice
- syrup agave 1 tablespoon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Grind rice in a brown powder (you can use coffee grinder). Mix all the above ingredients well.
Apply the mixture on dry hands; rub the back of each hand in a circular motion, but gentle pressure for one or two minutes. Rinse and apply your favorite cream hands. You can also rub this mixture over the palms to soften calluses perfectly. To do this, regularly exfoliating (more than 1 time per week).
Why is effective peeling?
Rice has a calming effect on the skin, is an excellent tool for peeling, has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Agave nectar has a great power of hydration, exfoliation is excellent because it contains natural sugars that effectively cleanses while helping skin retain moisture. Lemon is already known to erase age spots!
lemon helps soothe the skin and lift dead skin cells. Contains AHA (alpha-hydroxy acid), citric acid, vitamin C, and has an anti-bacterial activity. Furthermore, lime effectively reduces hyperpigmentation due to its excellent lightening. It is also a natural gentle exfoliation.
