The 7 Things I Did To Lose 220 Pounds Without Dieting

In 2001 I weighed more than 400 pounds. I have tried every diet I could think of losing weight. I even worked face to face with the late Dr. Atkins for two months, and after charging me thousands of dollars, the best he could do was yell at me for being so fat.

Each tried diet ended the same way. There would be a whole list of foods that I was not allowed to eat. I follow the diet to the letter. I lose a little weight through brute force and willpower.
