Having enough Vitamin B1 in the system makes you smell “yeasty” to mosquitoes, making them unappealing to bite.
Most importantly, it doesn’t change your smell to other people.
It is not yet proven, but taking this vitamin every day has no harmful effects, so feel free to give it a try.
If you want to try this vitamin, take 100 mg of thiamine every day. You will notice that you less often are smacking these pests away from your body.
In case thiamine doesn’t help you, try this recipe for natural mosquito repellent to avoid using chemical warfare on your body.
