coconut milk has amazing soothing properties. Mix some honey in a tablespoon of coconut milk and massage the affected area with it. Repeat this three or four times a day for best results. Alternatively, you can simply rinse your mouth with fresh coconut milk.
This ayurvedic remedy can bring considerable relief and reduce inflammation. Boil a teaspoon coriander seeds in a cup of water, strain and let cool and rinse your mouth with it.
Honey helps retain moisture and accelerates the healing process. It also has antioxidant and antimicrobial properties. Simply dip a cotton swab in honey and apply on the affected area. You can also use glycerine or vitamin E oil in the same manner.

Tulsi is known for its medicinal properties and is very useful in healing inflammation. Chewing tulsi leaves and a rinse with a little water for fast relief. This will help get rid of sores in the mouth faster and also prevent recurrence.
