A scientific study of Japan, which oversees 21 individuals, it was found that levels of vitamin B6 and iron in the blood are closely related to the occurrence of anxiety and panic attacks.

The study concluded that members who had a deficiency of vitamin B6 and iron both experienced occasional panic attacks that were marked by episodes of hyperventilation.

On the other hand, members who had sufficient amounts of these two critical components did not experience any problems nervousness and hyperventilation.

The B vitamins and iron are necessary for melting tryptophan into serotonin, which manages mental strength and disposition, as well as rest and cardiovascular capacity.

Panic attacks and hyperventilation are events which paroxysmal psychiatric symptoms occur suddenly. These attacks are diagnosed if the patient experiences accelerated heart rate, palpitations, tremors or shaking, sweating and shortness of breath.
