whiter teeth as thick, shiny hair is something that many people in our desire world cosmetically conducted today. In fact, Americans spend more than $ 1.4 billion in over-the-counter teeth whitening products every year, which is a good amount of money just to get a different shade of the teeth. I’ll be the first to admit that I tried to bleach teeth OTC-I even paid to have my dentist do it once. It worked for a bit, but my teeth became so sensitive that he could not stand it. I also felt that really need not be so obsessed with the color of teeth I’ve paid a lot of money for a lot of who-knows-what made my teeth hurt, so he began to look more natural alternatives. With a little patience, I think you can naturally restore the whiteness of your teeth. They can not become guarantor of fear-out-Somebodies corneas -when -Smile-white, but will appear more like you took good care of her pretty white teeth rather than just whiten them like crazy.
Why teeth turn yellow?
To find ways to whiten teeth, we need to know why yellow in the first place put. Several factors play a role, including genetics, what kind of food and drink you consume, and how good oral hygiene practice. A tooth is comprised of four tissue-enamel, which is strong white cover that protects the tooth, the dentin, which supports the enamel and is a yellow hard bearing material nerves, pulp, which is at the center of the tooth and contains vessels blood and lymph, and cement covering the root of the tooth.
The enamel and dentin is what plays the most important role in color. Certain foods and drinks directly stain the enamel, yes, but eventually the two biggest culprits are food and drink really nasty break the glaze, enamel and weakening as we age. As reveals the yellow dentin below the enamel breaks. These remedies will focus on whitening teeth that have lost some white enamel, but also good to note that doing things to strengthen the enamel is so important for you to keep it from breaking down. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure (or whitening!)
1. Baking soda and lemon juice Paste
Sodium bicarbonate is not a surprise here . Sodium bicarbonate (its official name) is slightly abrasive; gently scrub surface stains the teeth return to a white tone. It is also very alkaline (the opposite of acid) so think if you have a mouth very acid or eat a lot of acidic foods, which could help balance the pH, which would be useful as acid breaks down the enamel-this is strictly speculation on my part. It will also reduce the acidity of lemon juice, which acts as a natural bleach type. I use a mixture of baking soda and water on some days, and use lemon juice in others, as I will not exaggerate.

3. Coconut oil Rinsing
I know this sounds absolutely crazy (I thought it was crazy too when I first read about it) but swish mouth with coconut oil (called ‘pulling oil’) is a unique, old remedy that people swear to help whiten teeth. It does not sound like the most pleasant thing in the world, but actually does not mind the taste, and I think that makes a difference in the color of your teeth. It will not make a difference to the “laundering” to say, but the lauric acid in coconut oil can get rid of the teeth of the bacteria found in plaque that can make them yellow. It is also supposed to promote gum health, and help keep your breath fresh.
-About a tablespoon of coconut oil
In the morning before brushing teeth, take a tablespoon or slightly less (depending on the size of your mouth) coconut oil. You can soften it, or just put it in your mouth (I usually do the latter, and simply let it soften.) Push, snap, and “pull” the oil through and around the teeth for 10-15 minutes, then spit out, rinse with water, and brushing teeth.
