Mention the name “Monsanto” and you are sure to get an increase of almost everyone in this days. This giant biotechnology company has made the list of “most hated companies” more than once.
In 2011, the Company declared Natural Monsanto as the worst company of the year in terms of its growing reputation for not only threaten human and animal health but also the environment as a whole.
Monsanto is the leader in genetically modified seeds and crops, and is currently responsible for a whopping 90 percent of all GM seeds in the United States. This company monster is also the manufacturer of the deadly herbicide Roundup, which is responsible, among other atrocities, for the creation of more than 120 million hectares of herbicide-resistant “super-weeds.” ( 1 )
In 2014, a Neilson survey revealed that “disreputable” Monsanto continues to grow out of control, (like its herbicide-resistant super-weeds), the classification of this billion supergiant “third worst” among the 60 of the highest profile companies in the world.
While coming third in the world could be an achievement to boast in any other case, the ranking of Monsanto puts just behind BP oil giant responsible for the worst oil spill in US history and Bank of America, key player in the financial market crisis of 2008.
despite knowledge of its devastating Monsanto harmful products and the growing public outrage, challenging giant biotechnology continues to spread its modified crops and deadly poisons that put all living organisms on this planet in danger. In 1929, Swann Corporation, which eventually merged with Monsanto, began manufacturing PCBs for commercial use.

Monsanto kill our Great Lakes

In the most recent outbreak of algae bloom, news agencies around the world warned more than 400,000 people in Ohio and Michigan that high phosphorus levels are causing these surprisingly large and aggressive blooms that look like something out of a sci-fi horror.
This thick, toxic mildew is not only contaminating drinking water supplies, but it is killing fish in the devastating numbers. A Bleak Future

What this means is that if a product like Roundup is already considered unsafe or even “slightly toxic”, can be sure that it is actually at least 1,000 times more dangerous than it is being led to believe.
The real danger

Glyphosate is linked to chronic numerous diseases and conditions in humans, including autism, allergies, cancer, Parkinson’s disease, gastrointestinal diseases such as inflammatory bowel disease, chronic diarrhea, colitis and Crohn’s disease and heart disease, fertility problems, multiple sclerosis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, depression and obesity just to name a few of the growing number of health problems is believed to be the direct or indirect result of this toxic chemical. Another study published in the journal Entropy reveals how residue glyphosate, which is essentially any food we eat contains genetically modified sugar, corn, soybean and / or wheat, increases the harmful effects of other chemicals and toxins in our environment.

The only way to protect yourself is to limit the use of commercial pesticides or herbicides. When it comes to chemicals in general, it is always best to limit your exposure to them.
Many natural alternatives are not only safe but effective and, in some cases more effective.
