A mother has shared her ingenious trick to instantly get rid of the annoying fruit flies that ALWAYS take over her home, and fortunately it is also easy to do at home.
Tina Smith, from Dublin, took Facebook with a photo of trapped flies, writing: "Is anyone else receiving these horrible little things? I have no fruit and I'm getting them, disgustingly."
It turned out that people could relate, since the comments section was soon filled with other people expressing their total hatred for the annoying little flies.
Tina had seen them fly in her kitchen and around her house, despite not having any fruit to enjoy.
In an attempt to get rid of them, he decided to fill a couple of cups of tea with apple cider vinegar, covering them with transparent film and making holes in the top.
The idea behind the process is that the flies are attracted to the sweetness and fly to see the sticky vinegar inside the cups, climbing up the small holes of the adhesive film, only to discover that they cannot come out again.
Speaking to RSVP Live, Tina said the trick began to work almost instantly.
"In the first half hour he had caught more than twenty," he said, noting that from there it was only a few hours before they left their home completely.
Tina added: "She is working such happy days."

According to Rentakill, fruit flies have the potential to & # 39; cross food contaminants with bacteria and pathogens from unhealthy places they have frequented, such as garbage bins, fermentation, decaying vegetation and drains & # 39 ;.
That means that they are not only annoying, but also not excellent for sanitation.
Once hatched, small fruit fly larvae feed directly on overripe foods, and if consumed inadvertently, Rentakill says they can cause discomfort and diarrhea.
Fortunately, Tina has shown that there is a way to get rid of them using simple household items.
I mean, it's no surprise that the trick works; We've all seen how obsessed bugs get in with our pint of beer when we try to sunbathe outside the pub, which could be the most irritating thing in the whole world.
You may bring some cups of tea and a roll of adhesive film to the pub the next time it is in the bag.
