Letter: reflect on how to get rid of electronics is exhausting

I really want to do the right thing. I really do it From batteries, to computers, to obsolete electronic games, to the miles of cables that seem to come with every purchase of electronic items, I'm sitting on a mountain of things that I feel bad about throwing away.

But where can you take it without driving miles and disbursing more money? And then there are the old TVs. Over the years, my family and elderly relatives have needed new televisions. The basements and garages of the various that I care for have become storage for old screens that I can not legally get rid of.

The search for a delivery center seems desperate. Returning them to a large box store for $ 20 per piece is not an incentive. Although innumerable large chains obtained decades of profits selling to consumers, now they charge to recover them.

Show me the politician who can fix this and I will gladly give you my vote.
