Today many people suffer from moderate to severe form of restless leg syndrome also known as SPI.
The main symptoms are:
- Foot pain

There are primary and secondary restless legs syndrome
In the primary restless legs syndrome disorder is hereditary. The secondary form is caused by anemia, pregnancy, damaged peripheral nerves and degenerative diseases of the spine. In some cases they may be caused by certain medications or consummation of coffee, alcohol and nicotine.
In what way you can relieve symptoms?
You can stand and walk for a few minutes. You can also stretch your legs before bedtime to prevent symptoms. Another option is very beneficial hot bath before bedtime. It is recommended doing some exercises during the day and practice of yoga. Try to avoid alcohol, black tea and coffee.
- 1 tablespoon chamomile flowers
- 1 tablespoon crushed fruit hip
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- ½ liter of boiled water
First boil the water and add flowers rosehip and chamomile in it. Leave to stay for a few minutes. Then strain and add lemon juice and honey. Stir the mixture well and drink every day before going to sleep.
Mix 5 drops of basil and marjoram with 3 drops of almond oil. Foot massage with this mixture every night before going to bed.
