If You Drain Your Pasta Through A Colander, You’re Making Pasta Wrong. You Should Never Do That

When most people go to prepare a dish like ziti and gravy, which tend to cook the pasta, drain in a colander or sieve, then serve on the side in a separate dish with the pasta sauce they do.

If you want to do it the right and professional way, then there are some things you need to be ready before the exhaustion of the paste. For starters, make sure you have the sauce all done before. Also make sure you have a little butter on the side, and a bucket.

When it comes time to drain the pasta, simple scoop it out with a strainer of some sort, and then throw it directly into the pot of pasta sauce. This will allow the pasta to absorb all the juices rich pasta sauce. If rinse pasta or drain all the water will wash all the starch in the dough and make it hard and not good for the sauce.

Once the dough is in the sauce, take a bucket of water cooked pasta, and then placed inside the pot sauce too. This will give you more of that wealth starch. Finally, cut a tablespoon 4 tablespoons butter, depending on how much you want to use, and throw it in the pot too. Mix it all together, and you have a good creamy and rich pasta dish. Add the herbs in the past to keep them fresh.
