on the positive side, bananas are “ actual ” unprocessed, natural foods, and are full of electrolytes such as potassium and magnesium. Therefore, if you are reasonably healthy and going to the gym or exercise regualrly, bananas can be as great for you.
Now, a little about the negative aspects of bananas- do contain a lot of sugar and carbohydrates and low in protein. Therefore, bananas are not good for you if you are trying to lose weight and do not want to hike sugar levels.
