Asthma is a chronic lung or respiratory problem that causes difficulty breathing. In general, the air you breathe goes from the nose or mouth into the windpipe to the lungs through the bronchial tubes. Asthma occurs when the tubes of the airways narrow and swell due to accumulation of excess mucus. Symptoms of asthma include shortness of breath, chest tightness, wheezing and coughing. There is no cure for asthma, but its symptoms can be controlled, resulting in fewer asthma attacks.
Ginger is a wonderful herb used to treat many health ailments. Generally used as Ayurvedic medicine and herb in Asian cooking, this herb not only adds flavor to food and drink, but it works very well in the treatment of respiratory problems such as cold, flu, cough and asthma. Use dry ginger, raw, fresh and experiencing the relief of symptoms of asthma forms.

2. Ginger juice with honey and Granada

- Wash and peel a piece of ginger.
- Boil the pieces of ginger (or ginger) in a cup of water for 5 -. 10 minutes

4. The ginger with honey and fenugreek seeds
- ginger juice – 1 tablespoon

- Combine ginger juice, honey and fenugreek seeds.
- Drink twice daily to detoxify the lungs and to get relief from asthma and its symptoms.
5. Ginger with nuts
This process is based on a Chinese medicine nuts and ginger root, which cleans the lungs of excessive phlegm and prevents cough in cleaning breathing airway.
- Nuts – 3
- Ginger – 3 slices (freshly chopped)
- Hot water
- walnut Peel and grind and grate ginger slices.
- steep in warm water for 5 -. 10 minutes
- tea drinking water a day before going to bed to get relief from asthma.
6. Ginger tea with lemon flavor
lemongrass or lemon not only cool but also energizes in a few minutes.
- fresh ginger root (grated) – 1/4 cup
- Limoncillo (Cut) – 1 stalk
- Honey – 1 teaspoon
- Small lemon – 1
- herbal tea – 2 teaspoons
- – 4 cups water
- sieve or colander
- Boil water for a few minutes over medium heat.
- Then reduce the heat and add the lemon grass stalk sliced and grated ginger.
- Simmer for 10 minutes and turn off heat.
- Now add herbal tea and strain the mixture with the help of sieve or strainer.
- Add lemon juice and honey for flavor.
- Drink this to get relief from asthma.
Tips and Precautions:
- Pour a few drops of ginger oil nebulizer containing distilled water and inhale to clear mucus and other obstruction of the trachea.
- ginger usually grows in the ground, so be sure to always wash it.
- ginger, if taken in excess, in any form, can cause side effects such as heartburn, belching, heartburn, nausea and insomnia.
- Avoid ginger if you are, to have an operation, or use of anticoagulants beta-blockers, or immunosuppressive.
- pregnant, lactating women and children have to consult the doctor about the proper dosage.
- Consult your doctor about taking ginger supplements for proper dosage with respect to their health.
