Tea Recipe Turmeric
- 4 cups water
- 2 tablespoons fresh Turmeric Root grated, or 1 heaping teaspoon ground turmeric
- fresh lemon / honey to taste
Put water in a container home and when it starts boiling add turmeric boil for 15 -. 20 minutes if they are using fresh grated turmeric. Boil for 10 minutes, if is using turmeric powder. When is finished with boiling, strain the tea through a fine sieve, and add lemon and honey fit your taste.
