Your snack should consist of your favorite beverage and you should end the day with a swim ultra detox to add 2 ½ cups of Epsom salt and 10 drops of lavender oil.
Day 2 #
follow the same regime as the morning on Day 1.
Make the batter breakfast, then ½ multivitamin and probiotic supplement.
Make the batter lunch the following:
