Moby Breakfast Smoothie

Yield: 1 serving

  • 1 banana
  • 1 handful of blackberries
  • 1 handful of blueberries
  • 1 handful strawberries
  • 1 bunch spinach
  • 2 kale leaves, stemmed
  • 1 teaspoon oil DHA
  • 1 tablespoon of flaxseed
  • 1 tablespoon chia seed
  • piece ½ inch ginger, peeled
  • 1 ½ cups water

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
