TURMERIC TEA RECIPE

  • 4 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons grated fresh turmeric root, or 1 heaping teaspoon ground turmeric
  • Fresh lemon / honey to taste

Instructions

Put water in a container home and when it starts boiling ing add turmeric. B oil for 15 20 minutes i f is using fresh grated turmeric. B oil for 10 minutes i f are using turmeric powder . When is finished with boiling strain the tea through a fine sieve, and add lemon and h oney to fit your taste.
