Home Remedies For Dry and Rough Hands

1. Hydrate

Lotion is the easiest and most important way to keep hands soft. In the store, lotion is available in dozens of flavors and styles to suit your personal needs.

Look for lotions that contain shea butter, vitamin B, and retinol. These ingredients keep the skin soft and long after you have applied the lotion.

Rub a little honey all over your hands and leave for about 10 minutes. Then rinse with warm water. Repeat 1 or 2 times a day to enjoy soft hands.

Alternately, mix equal amounts of honey and glycerin. Apply to hands, wait 10 minutes and then rinse with warm water. Do this once a day.

Another option is to add a few drops of lemon juice and olive oil 2 teaspoons honey. Apply to hands, let it dry and then rinse with warm water. Use this remedy a few times a week.

6. Honey and Aloe Vera Gel

To get rid of dry, scaly and cracked skin on the feet and hands can use a mixture of honey and aloe vera gel. Fresh extract of aloe vera gel and mix with equal quantity of honey. Mix both the ingredients and then give your hands / feet massage using this mixture. Let it stay for 10 minutes and then rinse with warm water. This mixture will make your nourished, moisturised skin and prevent dry and cracked skin. Repeat 2-3 times a week for best results.

7. Aloe vera and almond oil

Mixing fresh aloe vera gel and almonds is excellent for dry and rough hands. Take a tube of aloe vera and touch to remove fresh aloe vera gel. This gel has natural moisturizing properties that help keep wet hands while almond oil contains vitamin E improves the texture of your skin.
