Healthiest Alcohol to Drink – Does Healthy Alcohol Actually Exist?

I am a big fan of equity in all its shapes. There is nothing I love more than a good cocktail mixing, and even have my own bar at home. Sounds silly for a man to say, but I love those tasty fruit cocktails with little umbrellas in them – and I have not even invented some. It’s amazing to rest and relax on the weekend after a good session boxing or running with a cold beer, a glass of sparkling wine or iced tea Long Island. Let’s find out what alcohol is healthier!
