-2 cups gluten free flour
-2 cups coconut sugar
-¾ cup cocoa powder
-2 teaspoons. baking powder
-1-1 / 2 tsp. sodium bicarbonate
-1 teaspoon. sea salt
-1 cup coconut milk
-½ cup coconut oil (room temperature)
-1 tablespoon. vanilla extract
-1 cup of organic coffee
The first thing to do is preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Take two cake pans 9 inches. Butter and flour well.
Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a separate bowl aside.
Add the coconut milk, oil, eggs and vanilla extract. You must obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Pour into a cup of coffee, and stir again.
Distribute the mixture into two cake pans. Bake your cakes for 30-35 minutes. That’s just enough for cakes to be fully cooked.
Take the pans from the oven and let the cakes cool completely.
