Ingredients:

– 1 cup oatmeal
– ¼ cup almond butter
– ½ cup almond flour
– ¼ cup maple syrup
– ½ cup oil coconut
– 2 cups chopped toasted nuts
– 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
– ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions:

Instructions:

Put all ingredients in a small saucepan over low heat and cook until all become something melted. Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper and refrigerate until solid.
