Easy Way to Make Healthy Fresh Fruit Salad

Ingredients

2 large apples, chopped

2 large mangoes, peeled and chopped

2 large pears, chopped

2 large oranges, peeled and chopped

1 fresh, peeled, cored and chopped pineapple

1 cup (250 ml) red seedless grapes

1/4 cup (50 ml) fresh lemon juice

2 tablespoons (30 ml) honey

2 teaspoons (30 ml) grated fresh ginger

Procedure

  1. Place the chopped fruit in a large bowl
  2. Separately, mix the lemon juice, honey and ginger
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the fruit mixture, tossing to coat
  4. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
