Easy Cranberry Chocolate Bark
If you love gourmet chocolate covered blueberries, which it will really loved this easy to make chocolate crust and blueberries! The easiest recipe you will ever make, and perfect for the holidays. This is best stored in an airtight container in a cool, dry place or in the refrigerator.
The recipe includes chocolate chips with milk, but you can do this with the black chocolate and get a double dose of antioxidants in every bite.
16 ounces chocolate chips with milk
8 ounces dried cranberries
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Place chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl; Heat in microwave for 1 minute. Stir. Heat in microwave for 1 minute; stir again. Add dried cranberries and mix well.
- Pour chocolate mixture over the baking sheet and refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes. Break into pieces.
