Danish diet

Danish diet can start on any day of the week, but is recommended to be on Sunday. This diet lasts 13 days and is quite heavy and restrictive (low calorie), but effective. This is not a traditional diet, but a diet that stimulates the body to burn fat fast and facilitate the excretion of excess fluid, which actually contributes to acting and later. With this diet important changes occur in the body, and the effects last up to 2 years.

. Note:
Before starting this diet is recommended to consult a doctor (especially because it is recommended for obese patients who undergo next surgery)
This diet should be kept exactly as planned, no less than 13 days and you can lose 7-20 kg (normal, without cheating and depending on the initial weight).
If during injecting food or liquid that is not provided, then diet, you should stop because there will be no result, and can be repeated after six months.
If the diet remains exactly 13 days to repeat the next two years.

DAY 1
B: 1 cup coffee, 1 sugar cube
L: 2 boiled eggs, spinach 400 g, 1 tomato
D: 200 grams of beef, salad

Day 2
B: 1 cup of coffee, sugar cube 1
L: 250g of ham, 1 jar of yogurt / yogurt
d: 200gr beef, salad

DAY 3
B: 1 cup of coffee, cube 1 sugar, 1 slice of toast
L: 2 boiled eggs, 1 slice of ham, salad
D: cooked celery, 1 tomato, 1 fruit (apple, pear or orange)

DAY 4

L: 2 boiled eggs, 1 large carrot
D: ½ chicken, salad

Day 7
D: 1 cup of tea without

C: 200gr lamb, 1 block
Day 8
B: 1 cup coffee, 1 sugar cube
L: 2 boiled eggs, spinach 400 g, 1 tomato
D: 200gr beef, salad

Day 9
B: 1 cup of coffee, sugar cube 1
L: 250g of ham, 1 jar of yogurt / yogurt
D: 250g beef, salad

Day 10
B: 1 cup of coffee, cube 1 sugar, 1 slice of toast
L: 2 boiled eggs, 1 slice of ham, salad
D: cooked celery, 1 tomato, 1 fruit (apple, orange or Krupa)

Day 11
