How curd prepared?
1. Boil 1 liter of milk and add the juice of a lemon, while milk is hot.
2. Let the mixture stops until the green liquid (curd) is separated from the mixture. Transfer the green liquid in a glass bottle and place the bottle in the fridge.
How to use:
Add 1 tablespoon of curd in a glass of water. Drink the mixture for each meal. Do this every day.
