Include green leafy vegetables at every lunch – something like methi and palak Masala would be great. If you are vegetarian, you can have a chickpea salad containing plenty of vegetables

Evening Snack :. The fruit is a good choice for a healthy snack in the evening. You can have a bowl of papaya and guava, but avoid mangoes and bananas as they are high in calories

Supper :. You can have a hearty dinner, but be sure to eat early and not just before going to bed. Your dinner may consist of dal soup with rice and roti with fish or similar dishes

Snack-after dinner: It has a very small snack after dinner – 2 tablespoons peanut butter or. protein shake are good choices.
