Scientists have confirmed once again that hops helps against insomnia. That includes beer, but in moderate amounts.
When it comes to beer and sleep better, science agrees with tradition. Clinical trials show that hops the time it takes to fall asleep and improves the quality of better than placebo or some sleeping pills sleep is shortened.
