Bomb Diet – Danish Diet – for 13 days, 10 lb less!

salad recipe:

Chop:

  • carrots 0.5 lb
  • 0.5 lb al white
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 leek

Seasoning:

  • 3.3 ounces olive oil
  • 1.7 oz apple juice
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Mix all ingredients and poured over them with the ingredients listed above. Let stand for an hour. Stir occasionally.

The salad can be stored in a plastic container in the refrigerator. You can stay cool until a few days. If it’s just for one person, then only half of the above ingredients is sufficient.

Day 5 1 large grated carrots with lemon 1 large piece of baked fish with lemon and a little butter (cod about 7.5 ounces) of 1 large chop, salad, cooked celery
Day 6 1 cup of black coffee, 1 cube of sugar, 1 slice of toast, bread 2 boiled eggs, 1 large carrot grated 1/2 chicken on a spit, skin less and salad
