not know about you, but I like my thick creamy shakes, not watery and thin. Hence why I love from canned coconut milk without sugar in them. Only it leads to a new level of creamy goodness. That’s why I like to use frozen fruits in my smoothies. It just makes them much more creamy.

  • ½ cup frozen blueberries (or more to taste)
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp. ground nuts
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix for 3-4 minutes or until which is smooth. Serve immediately.
