Studies also show reduced risk of diabetes , Alzheimer’s and certain cancers.
What is in coffee may reduce the risk of diabetes? It is chlorogenic acid and is a major caffeic acids found in this drink having antioxidant properties. It is also found in sunflower seeds, carrots, tomatoes and artichokes. Its ability to lower glucose levels in the blood may benefit those with diabetes.
Symptoms of consuming too chlorogenic acid
