1. Destroy dandruff.
The use of apple cider vinegar as a scalp treatment can alter your pH levels and help prevent yeast growth. The chemicals in vinegar instead will cure the symptoms of dandruff. If you want to easily maintain healthy hair, mix equal parts of apple cider vinegar and water, and apply it to your hair and scalp. Then, it wrapped in a towel until dry. 3. No more indigestion.
Indigestion is a common cause of discomfort for a large portion of Americans, and a simple glass of a mixture of apple cider vinegar is all you need to solve this problem. Add a teaspoon of organic honey and a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of warm water and drink it slowly about an hour before dinner, or any meal of your choice.
