Instructions

  1. first, all ingredients are mixed in a high speed mixer until smooth.
  2. then poured into a small saucepan and heat for 3-5 minutes over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
  3. drink immediately

Notes

This can spot blenders and countertops. The color is not harmful and eventually fade away. Recipe can be halved or doubled if necessary.

How to Make a mixture of dry turmeric tea

If you prefer not to mix the spices every time, you can easily a mixture of spices and simply add the heated milk when ready

mix :.

  • 1/2 cup turmeric powder
  • 1/4 cup cinnamon powder
  • black pepper 2 teaspoons
  • 1-2 tablespoons ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne (optional)

then simply add 2 teaspoons of this mixture of 2 cups milk choice for a faster recipe.

OR Make Turmeric Paste

powder 1/2 cup organic turmeric
1/2 cup of clean water (without fluoride)
1 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
5 tablespoons of virgin coconut oil
in a stainless steel pot cook together: water, turmeric and black pepper until a thick, stir and cook for 7 to 10 minutes paste forms. 1 tsp. Paste gold
2 cups almond milk or coconut milk
