Some people have medical problems such as hyperthyroidism, hormonal imbalances and genetic obesity that makes weight loss impossible without medical help. If you feel you are not losing weight, even if you are doing everything right, it’s time to visit a doctor and find out if you are suffering from a medical condition.
3) Stay hydrated
Water is the most important for weight loss and a good diet ingredient. If you are constantly dehydrated, your body will not be able to burn as much as possible. There will be no flushing toxins and that there will be little energy. Water is known to help weight loss and a minimum of two to three liters a day is required to maintain a healthy body hydrated.
