WellnessMama- A Year in Review

Today is the day that many of us set goals for next year, mark the end! charitable contributions, start planning taxes, and maybe drink some champagne and kiss those we love to welcome in the new year.

last 525,600 minutes have been busy, crazy, hectic, tough, amazing, rewarding and many other things all in one crazy year and I am very grateful that I had to spend some of it with you.

to reflect on the past year and what has brought to our family, to WellnessMama.com and relations, fills me with love and gratitude. I am very grateful to have reached a mail that many of you this year and for the incredible community that has been developed which is much more than I ever could have imagined.

This community, and all of you, give me real hope that we will make lasting changes in our countries and in our world for future generations. His passion, dedication and interest in creating a healthier future for your family is creating waves that can really change the world.

This year in the blog …

In a way, this year was a difficult. I started a podcast . I finally answers were given to some of my own health struggles .

wrote me 197 messages received more than 10,000 comments. had a crisis of the type online and you were incredibly supportive throughout

These were the most popular posts of 2014 :!

My favorite part of the blog this year has not been achieved traffic or anything of what I’ve done, but what we have been able to give through it.

my favorite thing this year …

From the beginning, the mission of welfare Mama was to help other families to lead a healthier life and empower families with practical ways to accomplish this.

this mission has grown this year in several ways- I brought on someone to help with the management part of WellnessMama.com and she is a housewife who now have the opportunity to work from home and at the same time care for her new baby.

I feel the food mission to help parents provide healthy food for their families does not stop in my own community or even just in the blogging community and there is so much need for this international level.

Did you know?

If you’ve ever bought something through a link on my site, which has helped keep WellnessMama.com in operation, and a large percentage of those charities also donates to provide water sources and sustainable food worldwide. Thank you so much if you have helped support my blog this way and also helped support many more worldwide.

An analysis of the numbers today, delivery is the real thing I’m most excited and proud. many cases, is also a source of food or sustainable water and a way for a family to earn income, including:

  • 1000 pounds of non-perishable food
  • 840 chickens for eggs, meat and family income
  • 36 pigs of food and income for families

  • four goats for food and income for families
  • 2 donkeys for transport and plowing

These things were donated through food for the poor if you want to send some chickens to someone in need this year ?

‘ve always been a big believer in the “teach a man to fish” mentality, and give thus not only provides food or water for someone once, but helps other families to start their own businesses and provide food for their children regularly. Because at the end of the day:

is all about relationships and family …

Once again, thank you very much for reading, being part of this community and for participation in the mission of provide a healthier future for our children … because as the Family welfare Summit highlighted this year:

But we still have time to change those statistics and I really believe that, together, we are.

This coming year, I hope you will join me in one of my goals designed, staff to focus on my family and relationships more though. To prioritize just do not have healthy foods and create a healthy environment for my husband and children, but to be more present and spend more time together as a family.

Alimenta not only your body but the important relationships in your life. Tell the people you love them-and display them. Because at the end of the day, what will make the biggest difference in your own life and the lives of members of his family and the next generation.

Happy New Year! I am very grateful and honored that you took the time to be part of this crazy ride with me this year and can not wait to continue it in 2015.

What are your goals for the will the next year?
