10 Home Remedies For Bone Joint pain

With the elderly person feel many difficulties, but he who does the concerned person is pain in the joints. Sometimes the pain starts in the early stage, when the person is in their 40s You have to take care of yourself so this could be reduced or can be stopped by taking proper health care. The joint pain could be due to several reasons. It could be due to arthritis, sprains, strains, infection etc.

Some of the remedies for joint pain are: –

1. The eucalyptus

This oil helps reduce inflammation. One can take some oil and make it warm and then gently massage the area gently is hurting. After that, it is left for some time. Then make hot compresses on that. You can also use steam towels or plastic wrap around the affected area. This will reduce the pain for some time. [1]

has the properties to normalize the pH of the body and may reduce inflammation. Mix the lemon juice with a pinch of Epsom salt in a cup of water. One can take a teaspoon of water a day, it would reduce the pain. If Epsom salt is used in bathing water it will also give the relaxing effect of the area that hurts. [2]

3. Turmeric

has large properties reducing inflammation. This is one of the oldest methods for joint pain. You can mix a pinch of turmeric with a glass of milk. Drink regularly will reduce the pain greatly and helps fight the pain. [3]


4. The cod liver oil

contains omega-3 fatty acids, known for anti oxidant and anti inflammation. One can take cod liver oil with a glass of orange juice. If this mixture on a daily basis that will help fight joint pain is taken. It also reduces pain, stiffness and swelling in the affected area. [4]


5. Ginger oil

has great anti oxidant properties and anti inflammatory. This is useful to reduce pain and swelling in the affected area. One can apply the oil on the painful area in a very smooth way which will reduce pain and swelling. [5]


6. The apple cider vinegar

contains vitamin C, which has antioxidant properties. It helps reduce the effect of the damage done to the affected area and which protects them to do more damage. One can apply apple cider vinegar on the affected area with warm cloths. Or one can have honey 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar with a cup of warm water. 10. Thuja
